SCAPE were instructed to refresh 3 light industrial units to a Cat A standard. The landlord had instructed directly following a successful Cat A refurbishment of an office block in Ocean Village, Southampton. The units were in a poor state of repair and required a complete strip out, new air conditioning, WC refurbishment, new lighting, ceiling and flooring throughout.
All works were carried out whilst the remaining industrial units were in occupation so all noisy works were carried out outside of normal hours to minimise disruption to the neighbours and our client’s existing tenants. The units were completed within 7 weeks of starting on site and were let very quickly after completion.
