Scope of Works:
Full MEP replacement including new chillers, boilers, AHUs and controls
Electrical upgrades: new main distribution, sub-mains, LED lighting and EV charging
Cat A refurbishment of cores, washrooms, ceilings, partitions and finishes
External and amenity works including new shower block, signage and landscaping
Coordination of sustainability objectives including BREEAM, EPC and Fitwel ratings
