The CECAMM Centre

SCAPE was appointed to deliver a new-build extension and full fit out to expand the College’s Centre of Excellence for Composites, Advanced Manufacturing and Marine (CECAMM).

Scope of Works:

• Construction of new steel-frame extension with curtain walling and feature cladding
• Full M&E installation including fire, acoustic and AV systems
• Interior fit out including teaching spaces and bespoke prototyping lab
• External works including paving, lighting and landscaping

Outcome: Delivered to programme, providing modern, high-quality facilities that support the College’s continued growth and advanced technical training.
