SCAPE was appointed by Gillespie Yunnie Architects following a competitive tender to deliver the fit out of two floors within a Grade I listed building at Royal William Yard for PKF Francis Clark.

Scope of Works

• Fit out of two floors within a heritage naval warehouse
• Coordination with conservation authorities and listed building constraints
• Installation of bespoke joinery and high-quality finishes
• Mechanical, electrical and data installations throughout
• Collaboration with local contractors experienced in heritage environments
