SCAPE were instructed on behalf of the landlord, Hermes, by Paragon Building Consultancy to complete a complete strip out and refurbishment to a Cat A standard of the ground floor and 4th floor of this multi-tenanted building. The works incorporated new mechanical fresh air and air conditioning system, new suspended lighting, new flooring and decorations throughout and included a complete rebuild of the 4th floor WCs. A new entrance canopy, external signage and reception furniture were also required as part of the works.
The 6 storey building was completely occupied so due consideration was needed for the existing tenants as the major fit-out works were carried out. The SCAPE team did this by regular communication and catch ups with the tenants to keep them fully informed of the weekly works schedule and invoiced many out of hours works to keep disruption to a minimum.
The client and client’s PM were so impressed with our works they have asked us to carry out the works to the 1st, 2nd & 3rd floors once the existing tenant’s lease ends later this year.
