After a competitive pitch, SCAPE won the refurbishment and fit out of Kinto’s new office at the South Coasts most premier business hub, Lakeside North Harbour, Portsmouth following a local tender process run by Vail Williams. With a tight schedule of just seven weeks, our client required a partial refurbishment which excluded changes to flooring and ceiling plate. They wanted a more social and connected space that reflected their brand.
The design brief was to create distinct work zones for multiple employee use in particular the reception, customer area, board room and break out areas. The modern working environment balances the need for comfort, functionality, improving collaboration and productivity. Alongside large working spaces there are multiple touchdown spots, small meeting areas and more relaxed working zones to support a neurodiverse workgroup with different working styles. The application of their brand colour palate and visuals generates vibrance and brand familiarity. State of the art technology; new feature LED lighting and furniture; moving wall; tea points and multiple work areas has transformed this space into a workspace which is now home to the Kinto brand.
