This is the second contract SCAPE have now undertaken at Tagus House. This purpose-built four-story office building is in Ocean Village, Southampton and offers a Grade A city centre location. SCAPE previously completed the CAT A refurb on the 2nd floor and this time we were invited back to refurbish the 1st, 3rd floor and reception area.
SCAPE was instructed to create a stylishly designed unbranded space for the landlord to market to a broad audience of potential occupiers and get the most out of the space. The contract for the 1st floor involved a full CAT A+ refurb to transform this shell of an office into a fully marketable space.
The contract involved stripping out, installing new lighting and new flooring, creation of new meeting rooms and a new communal tea point. Alterations were also made to the mechanical system with amended LED lighting to suit the new contemporary design layout.
The 3rd floor benefited from a CAT A refurbishment including a demise entrance door, new ceilings and flooring with new LED light panels throughout. The high quality reception lobby boasts new internal doors; ceiling; lighting; decoration and stylish contemporary furniture to create a positive first impression.
