SCAPE won the refurbishment and fit-out of Tetra Pak’s UK HQ after an international tender process. The design and build contract required a complete refurbishment of 2 buildings on the same business park. The works had to be carried out whilst the multi-national’s team were still using the office so the best way to accommodate them was to carry out the works in 3 phases.
The complete fit-out works included new feature joinery, ceilings, lighting, partitions, glazing, flooring, feature wall coverings, tea points, data and AV works. Cooperation with some of Tetra Pak’s international supply chain was also managed by SCAPE to incorporate their works within our period on site. The project was managed on behalf of Tetra Pak by CBRE global accounts team who were so impressed with the SCAPE team and delivery they have involved them on several projects since.
